Advance ship policy and information: 

To ship out a replacement product or replacement components, we will first need a credit card to authorize.  No portion of the authorization will be turned into a charge as long as the product or components arrive within 15 days and are well packaged in perfect condition (outside of the manufacturer defect) with all components, parts, cables, manuals and boxes.  If anything is missing or damaged, the advance ship could be refused in its entirety and thus the entire authorization amount charged, or part of the authorization will be turned into a charge to cover the missing or damaged components.  It is our desire to provide a service in offering a advance ship.  Please let the representative you work with know if there are any extenuating circumstances like missing components.  If the product or components test good when they arrive, there will be a 5% handling fee.  Please take advantage of our tech support and online trouble shooting tips before sending a product back.
