Upon submission of your order, OWC will first ship(by the shipping method you select and pay for) an empty box that is designed specifically for the iPod. A pre-paid, pre-addressed Federal Express* overnight return label covers getting your Mac to us for the next business day.
Within 24 business hours of OWC receiving your iPod, the replacement battery you have selected will be installed and your ‘new and improved’ iPod will be out the door and on the way back to you via FedEx Overnight delivered to you on the next business day.
The original battery replaced by the NuPower battery will be recycled properly.
