Secure with confidence, Remove with ease.
Equipped with removable hard drive trays, installing or removing a drive is absolutely hassle-free when using the DECKTANK. Each drive tray is equipped with a locking mechanism to securely lock the drive into place and avoid accidental removals, keeping your drive and data safe.

It's Time Machine friendly.
Yes! The DT2-WBC is capable of supporting Time Machine, included in Mac OS X Leopard. When connected via Firewire 800, all of your Time Machine files can be speedily backed up to the hard drives in the DT2-WBC.

If setting the DT2-WBC to the RAID 0 mode option (combining capacity of both enclosed drives), you can have up to 2TB of Time Machine storage! If set to JBOD mode, you can choose one drive for Time Machine and the other for other storage usages or leave it as a spare if the other drive becomes full. Whichever way you choose, the DECKTANK DT2-WBC gets the storage job done. It's that easy.

All Firewired up!
The DT2-WBC provides high-speed Firewire 800 interface connections to connect to your iMac, Mac Pro and even Xserve, allowing you to easily expand your storage. It's also equipped with a USB 2.0 interface connection for added convenience when used on computer systems without Firewire 800 connections.
