Finder
The Finder window in 10.7 Lion has had a face-lift with the addition of having items searchable by application category. To select the option to divide by app category just click the drop down button just to the right of the view options buttons. The preview pane is also much larger by default which is great for viewing text documents or photos you may have saved in your libraries. Also, in the update for Developer Preview 2(11a444d) they have gone back toward the more traditional "slider" bars.
