- Orders placed after 6:40PM Central Time Monday - Friday, on Saturday or Sunday, or on a Holiday will be processed by the end of the following business day.

- Delivery times quoted as the expected number of weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays, for order receipt from the time your order has been shipped out.
- Examples:
An order that is scheduled to ship on Thursday via 2nd Day Air Service will arrive on Monday.
