While the theory behind it is incredibly cool, the fact it is a proprietary connector protected by patents and lawyers means that third-party power adapters aren\u2019t going to be legally seen at reasonable prices any time soon, and Apple\u2019s trend toward integrated batteries means that you can\u2019t hot-swap while on the road if you need to.
