\"SantaGlobe\"We are down to five<\/b> days<\/strong> left to receive deliveries in time for the big day and it is officially crunch time.\u00a0As we covered last month<\/a>, there\u2019s a lot of information to take into account when shopping for the holidays.<\/p>\n

But having five days left to receive deliveries means there\u2019s still four days left to order!\u00a0There\u2019s still hope and we\u2019re certainly still here to help.\u00a0Our four big tips still ring true for stress-free online shopping; we just have to pay closer attention to the available shipping options.\u00a0Here are our tips and the breakdown of still available options:<\/p>\n

<\/b>Tip #1:\u00a0Aim for the Friday before as your absolute last date for receipt. \u2013<\/b>Monday, Dec. 23rd and <\/b>Tuesday, Dec. 24th<\/sup> are a delivery days for most carriers so if for some reason your shipment is delayed; you have an extra couple days, just in case.<\/p>\n

Tip #2: Watch where your package is shipping from and that company\u2019s daily shipping deadlines.<\/b>\u00a0For our customers, we\u2019re in Woodstock, Ill., so anything shipping from our location is only a day for anywhere in Illinois, a good chunk of Wisconsin and Iowa, and some of Michigan, Indiana and Missouri. We also have a new shipping facility in Nevada for enhanced order processing and fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Why spend more on faster shipping if you don\u2019t have to? Our daily shipping deadlines vary by carrier and service, so you\u2019ll want to make sure you check our Shipping Options page<\/a> to make sure you order is in on time.<\/p>\n

<\/b>Tip #3: Watch the weather.<\/b>\u00a0Winter is upon us and, that means winter storms are inevitable. A good storm can easily ground cargo planes or cause accidents for the trucks on the road, and that can cause delays both big and small. If there\u2019s a storm coming, select a faster method than you technically need, just in case. Cutting your time in half, if possible, will help make sure that if something does go wrong, you still walk away happy.<\/p>\n

<\/b>Tip #4:\u00a0 Ship to yourself as often as possible.<\/b>\u00a0Responsible merchants will be confirming credit card information to help prevent credit card fraud to their customers during the holiday season. Shipping to the same address the card-issuing bank has on file for you will ensure speedy processing and fewer delays.<\/p>\n
