\u201cI just wanted to say thank you for the amazing help I received from Kevin yesterday. I contacted OWC tech help with a question regarding my <\/em>miniStack<\/em><\/a> enclosure. I simply wanted to know if daisy chaining via USB was possible with my <\/em>Mac mini<\/em><\/a>. He asked why not use the FW800 port and I told him it was shorted. He suggested cleaning up the port with rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip if the damage wasn’t too severe. So I tried that and lo and behold I was able to use the faster port again. He could have easily just answered the question and moved on but instead dug deeper into the issue and was able to get my original setup working again. Fantastic service. I hope all queries are as helpful as this one!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
