It gives us pause to reflect and remember the ongoing struggle for racial equality in our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent events have given much-needed attention to the systemic racism prevalent in and through our society. At OWC, we affirm our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and safety for all Black people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no doubt that our nation has a long way to go towards establishing equality for all.
