Delete Your Data From Apple&#8217;s Apps and Servers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Apple offers a Data and Privacy portal that lets you download all of your personal data stored on the tech giant&#8217;s servers. You can also permanently delete your account and associated info from all Apple services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple verifies all deletion requests for security reasons. (Plus, the company wants to make sure you don\u2019t accidentally delete data that you\u2019ll regret trashing). This process takes up to seven days. Options are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I have concerns about the privacy of my data.<\/li><li>I want to stop using my account.<\/li><li>I think my account could be compromised and I want to protect my data.<\/li><li>I prefer not to say.<\/li><li>Other<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67017\" width=\"529\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2.jpg 1058w, https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2-284x112.png 284w, https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2-190x75.png 190w, https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2-284x112@2x.png 568w, https:\/\/eshop.macsales.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DeleteAppleData2-190x75@2x.png 380w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note that if your account is deleted:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You won\u2019t be able to access your iTunes, iBooks, and App&nbsp;Store purchases.<\/li><li>Your photos, videos and documents stored in iCloud will be permanently deleted.<\/li><li>You won\u2019t receive messages sent to your account via iMessage, FaceTime, or iCloud&nbsp;Mail.<\/li><li>You won\u2019t be able to sign in or use services such as iCloud, iTunes, iBooks, the App&nbsp;Store, Apple&nbsp;Pay, iMessage, FaceTime, and Find&nbsp;My&nbsp;iPhone.<\/li><li>Your data associated with Apple services will be permanently deleted.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you\u2019re enrolled in the iPhone upgrade program, you must, of course, continue making payments for your device.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before deleting your account, Apple recommends that you:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make a local copy or backup of your data. You can also get a copy of your data from the Data and Privacy site.<\/li><li>Sign out of your devices and web browsers.<\/li><li>Review your active subscriptions.
