If you are having problems with Microsoft Teams<\/a>, you can try clearing the cache on your device. This may help solve some issues you may be experiencing. Below are the steps you need to take to clear your Teams cache on your Mac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll need to start by closing Microsoft Teams.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1:<\/strong> Right-click the Microsoft Teams icon in your dock, then click Quit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:<\/strong> Open Finder<\/strong>, then click Go<\/strong> and select Go to Folder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8:<\/strong> Right-click to delete the entry<\/strong> and then close Keychain Access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
