How to play Background Sounds <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Open System Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 In the sidebar, click Accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Click the toggle next to Background Sounds to enable the feature. (If you want to disable background sounds later, just click the toggle to turn \u2018em off).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Use the slider to adjust the Background Sounds Volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also decide whether you want background sounds to automatically turn off when your Mac isn\u2019t being used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Playing Background Sounds from the Control Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can also play Background Sounds from the macOS Control Center. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Open System Setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 In the sidebar, click Control Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Scroll down to the Hearing box (under the Other section).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Click the toggle next to Show in Control Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 In the top right of the menu bar, click the Control Center icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b0 Click the Hearing shortcut button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
