Rating: 5/5 Great Laptop April 24, 2018 Laptop arrived perfectly packaged. It is exactly as described: Mint condition. I have actually already forgotten that it isn't brand new. I called a few times for help when transferring data from my old laptop and when setting up my backup hard drive that I also purchased and am very impressed with how nice, friendly and helpful everyone was that I spoke with at OWC !! I have already mentioned OWC to friends and family. Nice to see a company like this!!!!!!!!!!!!
