The NewerTech 14-Piece Portable Toolkit is ideal for the technician on the go. The rugged, zippered, woven-nylon outer casing keeps your tools assembled in a small, convenient package and the padded interior ensures your tools remain right where you left them.

Included in the kit are all the tools necessary to open the majority of laptop computers and small electronics. The screwdrivers feature hardened, magnetic screwdriver blades. Rating: 5/5 Invaluable Tool Kit May 18, 2016 If you like to fiddle a bit with your computer hardware, make upgrades to your laptops or desktops, this toolkit will help you get the job done. A nice selection of quality tools and a well made case to keep them in. Rather than using household silverware or your Swiss army knife and mucking up screw heads or marring or breaking computer parts, spend a few bucks and get some great tools to do the job right in the first place.

I used this tool kit to install an SSD in a 2011 Mac Mini Server. And to install an SSD in a 2006 Mac Pro.

January 22, 2016 This is a toolkit that aids in the disassembly process of todays Electronic devices. Manufacturers use specialized screws in their assembly process and these tools will allow one to recycle such things as ink jet printers and a multitude of elecrtronic components. Worth the cost.

This kit does not contain the tri-lobe driver needed for non-retina MacBook Pro battery removal and replacement.

Four stars because it is so freaking cheap.
