Choose the shipping method that is right for you!
General Shipping Info
Place your order anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! OWC ships eligible orders Monday through Saturday, excluding federal US holidays.
Signature Required: Some packages, at our discretion, may require a signature for delivery.
Same Day Shipping: This is available on most orders placed Monday through Friday by 6:40 PM CT and Saturday by 3:00 PM CT (for “In Stock” items only, some destinations excluded).
Priority Shipping Options: These orders receive special handling to increase the likelihood of same day shipping. An OWC team member will contact you to resolve issues that may otherwise delay shipping such as address verification or payment authorization.
Backorders: Orders with backordered item(s) will be held until the complete order can ship. If you would prefer to receive in stock items without delay, please place a separate order for those items not shown as in stock "same day."
Federal US Holidays: Federal US Holidays are not included in the number of transit days required. For example, an order that ships by Overnight Service on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (Thursday) should be expected on Friday.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping Options & Estimates: Once you've added items to your Shopping Cart, our shipping calculator will display a list of available shipping options and estimated costs.
Free Shipping: Free Shipping is available on most orders $149.00 & up when shipped within the 48 contiguous US States. Free Shipping may not be available to some destinations or on certain items that exceed weight limitations.
Free Shipping via US Postal Service (USPS): This option is available on select lightweight orders $79.00 & up. This service is available to all 50 US States and US Territories. Discounted international shipping rates start as low as $2.99, where available.
Special $12.95 Shipping to Canada: This option is available on orders of at least $199.00 USD via the Purolator International: PuroPost shipping method.
Additional Discounts for Express Shipping Options: When available and where qualified, additional discounts may appear in the Shopping Cart at the time shipping methods and quotes are provided.

Lost/Missing Packages: OWC works with a variety of reputable shipping couriers to meet the demands of our customers. If you believe your package has become lost in transit, please contact OWC as soon as possible. Domestic orders shipped within the US should be reported with 30 days of the ship date or 60 days for international orders. Missing orders reported after that time may have limited recourse.
Special Shipping Considerations
Shipping Delays Due to Payment Issues: To avoid unnecessary delay in shipping, please provide accurate billing, ship to, and phone/email contact information. If your method of payment is declined or there is an issue regarding your shipping information, a member of our team will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. We are not able to ship orders without an approved payment option.
Orders placed using a Credit Card: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. In compliance with Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover processing regulations, we have authentication and verification processes in place to protect credit card and debit card holders. Automatic verification options that occur at the time of your check out may include AVS billing address verification and CVC/CVVC card ID verification.
Orders placed using Amazon Checkout: These orders are subject to standard Amazon Payment policies and can only be fulfilled once we receive payment authorization from Amazon. We are required to ship to the delivery address you select during the Amazon Checkout process. Amazon policies do not allow us to alter the shipping information provided during the Amazon Checkout Process.
Orders placed using PayPal Checkout: These orders are subject to standard PayPal Payment policies and can only be fulfilled once we receive payment authorization from PayPal. These orders can only be shipped to a confirmed address and may also be subject to other PayPal verification processes. PayPal policies do not allow us to alter the shipping information provided during the PayPal Checkout process.
Prepayment Options: Prepayment may be subject to a 10-day hold/verification if there has not been prior credit approval.
