Customer Support Representative – Hybrid Call Center
Provide ongoing technical and customer support for technology products and services to business, individual, and industrial customers. Role is multi-faceted. Will be required to handle inbound technical problems, customer service issues, inbound sales calls, and order processing.
Department: Call Center
Schedule:
Wednesday - Friday: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am &
Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 am - 10:00 am.
Technical Support Representative
Provide technical assistance to end users; respond to customer inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems; provide clear and concise technical support at a high level of customer service; support setup of mail, dialup and DSL on multiple operating systems; instruct customers in use of equipment, software, and manuals.
Must have - Technical Level 2 technical support experience
Department: Call Center
Schedule: Monday - Friday;
11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Possibility of rotating Saturdays.
