OWC operates and ships orders Monday through Saturday with the exception of most US National Holidays on which standard shipping/delivery services are not available.

OWC offers a variety of shipping options which orders are usually processed and shipped out on the same day when placed as late as 7:30PM. For those 'Must Go Same Day' orders, we now offer 'Priority Expedited' options that are all but guaranteed to ship on the day ordered placed as late as 10:30PM Central Time. When an order is placed using a Priority Expedited option, an OWC team member will contact you if, for any reason, there is an issue that could delay your order from shipping with the full intention of resolving this issue in time to still ship that day. Not all options are available to all delivery destinations.
 
Orders with item(s) that are on backorder will be held until the complete order can ship. If you would prefer to receive in stock items without delay, please place a separate order for those items not shown as in stock 'same day'..

Your credit card will not be charged until OWC is ready to ship your order. If for any reason your method of payment declines the charge, a member of our team will contact you to attempt to resolve any related issue so that your order can then be shipped. We are not able to ship orders without an approved payment option which may include Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Amazon Checkout, PayPal, or approved Net Terms. Currently orders are accepted online via Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover, Amazon Checkout* and PayPal**.

To avoid unnecessary delay, please be sure to provide accurate billing, ship to, and phone/email contact information:

• When using a Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX credit or debit card payment option it is very important to provide the correct billing address for the card used, which is where your billing statement is received as this information is automatically verified by most issuing banks at the time OWC attempts to authorize your card.
• When the provided billing address information does not match the card issuer's records, manual verification may be required which will delay the processing and ship out of your order.
• Orders shipping to the same address as the correct statement billing address or to an address OWC has previously shipped to and verified are not subject to any verification delay.
• OWC now supports Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCard authentication. When an enrolled Visa or Mastercard from an participating card issuer is used for and order and successfully authenticated, orders are typically processed without delay - even when the ship to address is different from the billing.
• OWC is always here to help. Should any issue exist concering the payment method and ship to address requested, we will attempt to contact you via the options you have provided. You can also contact us by email, phone, or live chat.

*Orders placed using Amazon Checkout Option are subject to standard Amazon policies and is able to fulfill orders only following confirmed Amazon Payment authorization. OWC is required to ship to the delivery address selected via Amazon’s checkout process, please be sure to select the correct information at the time of Amazon checkout as we are only able to cancel an order placed via this method and are unable to alter as per Amazon Checkout & Verification policies.

**Orders placed using PayPal Option are require shipment to a confirmed address and may also be subject to other Paypal verification processes. OWC is restricted from making any change to the delivery address selected via PayPal payment process, please be sure to select the correct information via your PayPal account  as we are only able to cancel an order placed via this method and are unable to alter/update address once the order has been placed.

In compliance with Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover/JCB processing regulations, OWC has authentication and verification processes in place to protect credit card and debit card holders. Automatic verification options that occur at the time of your check out may include: AVS billing Address Verification, CVC/CVVC Card ID Verification, and, if you bank supports these programs, an instant online verification may be provided with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCard. The Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCard programs are provided by Visa and MasterCard to allow the instant approval of your order and without normal alternative ship to address verification required.

Shipping Note: US National Holidays are not included in the number of transit days required. For example, an order that ships by Overnight Service on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Thursday should be expected on Friday.
