Due to APC's return policies, products that have been opened cannot be directly returned
to OWC. This applies even if the product is not defective and the reason for return is that the incorrect application size/capacity was purchased.
OWC can provide APC contact information, but customers are responsible for arranging the return, exchange or financial arrangement directly with APC.
Factory sealed product may be returned to OWC within the normal OWC 30 day period for immediate return to OWC stock, if OWC is currently stocking the unit, or immediate return to supplier for credit.
