I installed the additional memory, following which the iMac wouldn't startup--it was just dead, as if not even plugged in. I called your tech support line and your guy was able to tell me how to restart it by holding down some keys during the boot process, so that it now starts normally and of course recognizes the new memory. He was a huge help and knew just what to do. Strangely, I didn't find this procedure on the Apple site that gave instructions for installing more memory. Your website told me exactly what memory I needed, and your techie guy fixed my problem. I'm already an OWC fan from several years ago, when I got memory and new SSD drive which helped me get a few more years out of an old MacBook Pro--so,--Thanks again!
