Regrettably as while we are sorry to hear this, our records indicate that no inquiry was made from the time of purchase regarding issues with this device at all, and with this being out of the warranty period and with no issues reported, unfortunately there isn't anything we can do. Anytime you have any issues, we have a team of experts ready and happy to help, and we would highly encourage you to reach out.
I needed it since my new laptop and latest desktop don’t have dvd players. Works great on macs. Wasn’t working on my Windows laptop, then I reversed the 2 usb plugs and it worked fine. It was backordered and took several months to receive. I was asked to resend the paypal payment more than once, and it looks like I was charged twice. Support referred me back to paypal, they are looking at it now…
I would recommend this product to a friend!

So it works, sort of. It's hard to get the disks on the platter for one reason because it is difficult to OPEN the tray. Then closing it is an adventure as well. Oh and it either will or won't eject the disk when using it. And, it takes up 2 USB ports. Spend more maybe you'll get more...It reads and I've not tried writing to it yet.
