I've bought numerous items from OWC over the years, including memory for my iMac, Blu-ray writer, cables, software, and external disk enclosures. The Thunderbay 4 enclosure I'm reviewing has served me well over the years. We moved to another house 3 years ago, and I didn't notice until last week that one of the internal drives (not purchased from OWC, btw) was failing, according to a diagnostic I had run. In the move, I had lost the key, and was unable to remove the drive. An online blog indicated that OWC could replace a key for $10. Sure enough, I called OWC customer service. After a very brief hold an agent answered and assured me a set of replacement keys was available for $9.99 plus tax and shipping. So for 20 bucks I can still use the enclosure which still looks and performs like new - I'm definitely a satisfied customer!
