OWC 168 Pin Mac DIMMs utilize major brand memory chips from IBM, LGS, Micron, Motorla, Samsung, Siemens, Texas Instruments, and others installed on high quality 3rd party board. These modules meet or exceed Apple Specifications ensuring complete compatibility for a Lifetime of reliable usage. Should a module fail, OWC will replace the memory module without charge upon receipt of the defective module.
These 128MB DIMMs are built with 8x8 memory devices. The memory controller in your computer was designed to support 8x8 devices and no address conversion is required for this modules operation.

PLEASE NOTE - 128MB DIMMs are not for use in Power Macintosh / Performa 5400,5500,6360,6400,6500, 20th Anniversary Macintosh, Umax C500/C600, or Power Computing PowerBase. These machines are not able to utilize modules larger than 64MB.
