I bought four 2-GB modules for a Mac Pro (Early 2008), 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon. This was to replace four 1-GB modules which I had noticed were starting to get correctable errors. This replacement also meant that the Mac Pro went from a total of 12-GB to 16-GB. The task of replacing the memory was trivial to do, and the machine has been working fine with the additional memory.

Thank you for delivering the 4 x 2GB 00 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMMs. We installed them in my Mac Pro today and they worked really well. We also reinstalled the older RAM modules which incidentally, had been incorrectly installed by the vendor from whom I bought the computer early 2008! I wondered why it had been so slow and was only showing 2GB instead of 4GB. We tested the OWC memory first, and it worked fine, then added back the other modules afterwards. All are working and I now have 12GB RAM altogether. It is like having a new computer. Thanks also for the instructive video which was easy to follow and helped us to install everything correctly.
