Unlike thin, internal SATA data cables, these cables offer superior shielding and connectors with metal contacts to provide enhanced EMI protection and improved durability required for external use. These cables adhere to the design specifications recommended by the Serial ATA International Organization (SATA-IO), and are built to last.
Hardware Compatibility
Two styles are offered: eSATA-to-eSATA or eSATA-to-SATA I.
TCB-SATA-2/1 connects a host controller card with eSATA connectors to an external drive enclosure with SATA I connectors.
TCB-SATA-2/2 connects a host controller card with eSATA connectors to an external drive enclosure with eSATA connectors.
