I have successfully installed Jag into my POwer Tower Pro. I have PTP w/ NewerTech G4 400Mhz card/ Adaptec 29160N PCI car. I have two SCSI buses, one the on board SCSI card and the other is the 29160N SCSI bus. Now when i start my comp to one of the Adaptec SCSI drives w/ jag installed it doesn't see the CD ROM or the other hard drive, basically stuff thats hooked to my on board SCSI bus. I have to restart to the drive with OS 9 and then re boot to OS X then it sees it, so basically I have to start and reboot twice. any suggestions to solve this? Gabby |

Hmm. I'm not sure what to suggest--I can't remember hearing of a problem like this before. One thing you might do is look in the system log in the cases where it doesn't work to see whether there are any interesting messages. Also, you could run the "kextstat" command in the kernel (or alternatively, "ioreg") to see whether the proper drivers are loading. |
