I've noticed the 1024k of L2 that i've enabled doesn't register in the Profiler. Does anyone know why not? Thanx, m. |

that you've enabled? Thats why.. I have a upgrade processor, and, it does the same thing for me. Although I think mine just says "Present".. Nothing like 1024kb Installed.. As long as the utility you enabled it with, or something along those lines can see it. Another way to tell is simple- is your system faster with it on then off? Sys Profiler doesn't say a lot of things about my system. Keep in mind that Apple designed it for new-world machines, not old rust- buckets that we all won't let go of. |
