I just purchase a Sonnet ATA 133 card to use with my new 120 MB HD with 8MB Cache. As I read here the other day the could have a probpem. But so fur I do not see any probpem with it. It works perfectly. But I have an other type of problem. I also have an Apple card with the ATTO chipset defined as Apple53C875Card. The problem is that the system cannot start at OSX if this card coexists with the Sonnet. When starts to boot displays a meesage like that CLAIM faile err open deblocker pkg and the system cannot boot. Is this a problem of XPF or I have to tell it to sonnet for firmware update (possibly)??? |

Try them in different slots, and in different order. You didn't say which machine you have |
