Hi guys, finally I managed to get the installer of 10.1.5 to run on the internal SCSI chain (the 2940UW won't work), but after reboot I get: "panic(cpu 0): Unable to find driver for this platform: "AAPL, 9500"" Then a lot of output. Hopefully anyone could give me a hint. My system: PowerMac 9600/300, 256MB interleaved (all 32MB), Adaptec/Powerdomain 2940UW (PC flashed to Mac) with IBM DCAS-34330W, TwinTurbo 8MB Graphic, Realtek 10/100 PCI Network. |

Thanks a lot - I managed it another way: I copied all my stuff to the IBM on the 2940UW, then initialized the HD on the internal chain and started again. Now 10.1.5 is running fine! *g* But this was just a test, because until weekend I should get a Sonnet Crescendo G4/450. Let's see about the Jaguar issues... *sigh* |

Just boot into OS9, run XPF and select the "Reinstall Extensions" option from the "Advanced" menu. |
