My 7500 runs 10.1.5 great. It installs 10.2, but won't boot it from the Seagate ATA HD - unless the Yamaha 2100 is unplugged from the Sonnet Tempo/66. With the CD-RW the boot dies in a mach_init, without it 10.2 boots. I've gone back to 10.1.5 in frustration. Ideas? |

The only thing I can think of trying is to play with the ATA bus settings or the master/slave settings. That is, if the Tempo/66 has two ATA busses, try putting the CD-RW on a different bus, or if not, try switching master and slave, or some variation on that. |

Firmware is up to date. Drive is listed on ACARD site as supported. Card is listed as compatible with 10.2 |
