MAXON CINEBENCH 2000 - the Cinema4D Speedtest. longer bars are better, the top score is a total of the bottom 4 scores (all 4 tests compiled). Longer bars are better. This is a benchmarking tool using the CINEMA 4D engine - here's more information about that program from the MAXON website- "CINEMA 4D is the revolutionary and lightning fast 3D raytracing and animation tool. With lots of high end features at a low-budget price, the repeatedly awarded CINEMA 4D versions give everyone the possibility to enter the fascinating world of 3D modelling and animation. The powerful and comfortable interface makes it possible to produce high quality images and animations after a few hours of work with the program. CINEMA 4D is also very flexible and supports over a dozen of external file formats (like DXF, VRML, Lightwave, 3DStudio, etc.)." Cinebench utilizes 4 different tests to tally a final total "score" - the 4th test performed is only for dual processor systems. In previous testing, I had omitted this score for obvious reasons, but as we are starting to see dual processor upgrades in the market, if a dual system is present in the testing, I will include that score, of course. |
