Hello to all, I just found a strange problem that XPF did in my computer. I have an AppleATTO SCSI card. In this card I can have 15 SCSI Devices. I have 4 SCSI hard disks at IDS: 9, 10, 11, 12. I spent a lot of time to find out that the disks with ID 10,11 and 12 cannot boot, by displaying me the message that it cannot open the drive. On the other hand I can boot with ID 9 disk with no problem. When I booted with the ID 9 Hard disk I could select ID 10, 11 and 12 Disks and boot with no problem. The answer is here. I understood with the problem is (at least I think). I started in single user mode with the disk ID 10 booting, and found that the boot volume discribed avter the OS X loard message is finfishing with @a,6 instead of @10,6 so I think that the disk are identified with their Hex number. Thanks a lot and please inform me if this was the problem and if it is resolved. |

Yes, I suspect you have identified the problem correctly. I will fix it for the next version of XPostFacto. |
