X-ORBING PROTECTION
This patent pending design allows for protection against accidental drops, impacts and scratches with a lightweight and thin design versus the added bulk found in other more expensive cases that attempt to provide this level of protection! The NuGuard KX has been Mil-Spec drop test certified by Quanta Laboratories to Mil-STD-810 U.S. Military standard for elite protection. OWC Larry also conducted an in-house drop test on a flight of stairs. The KX measures slightly over 1/3" (including the iPad) maintaining the streamlined design of the iPad mini.
