Over time, the the internal framing or case of of the Titanium PowerBook G4 can flex, causing them to vary slightly from their original factory shape. One way this can manifest itself is a slightly deformed battery compartment. As our batteries are made to a series of tolerances, it happens occasionally that a battery may not fit perfectly. We have found a workaround that in our testing worked well to resolve this battery fit issue.
