Newertech Batteries are considered "New" if the cycle count is between 0-3. Our QC process usually applies 2-3 cycles on the battery. Batteries with cycle counts above 3 are no longer considered new. A RMA Replacement should occur if a customer reports receiving a new battery with a cycle count above 3. Return notes should specify the battery count being above 3 If a RMA is created for this issue.
