The most important thing you can do when setting up your wireless adapter (aside from following the steps outlined in the manual), is to make sure you have installed the most recent drivers available. Note that at the time of this writing there is no official driver support for 10.10 and later. The page below provides user manual and driver links for the most recent (2012) generation 802.11 n/g/b adapter, as well as the earlier (2010) 802.11 g/b adapter.

If you're looking for the driver to an older or different type of NewerTech adapter (for example a different physical connection to the computer), please see the NewerTech support page:

If after downloading and installing the most current driver and following the steps in the manual you are still having trouble, AND if you know your wireless router is currently working with other devices such as phones or tablets, please contact our technical support team for more assistance. If you're not sure whether other devices can currently connect to your network, please make sure you can do so before contacting NewerTech. Unfortunately we are not able to trouble-shoot settings on your personal routers or network setups.
