To reset the username and/or password for the browser-based NewerTech RAID Manager, these steps will reset the password to the default. As a reminder, the default username and password are both 'admin'.
1. Open the 'Go to Folder...' window. Select the Finder, then open the 'Go' menu in the menu bar and select 'Go to Folder...' toward the bottom of the list.
2. Type the following: usr/share/nwt
3. In the folder that you have navigated to, there will be a file named 'nwtuser.dat'. Move this folder to the trash.
4. Empty the trash and restart the computer.
When the computer has restarted, you can use the default 'admin/admin' username and password to log into the NewerTech RAID Manager.
