When customers plug their Thunderbolt 3 cable (any brand) into a host and device, they may see this error message:
"USB Accessories Disabled
Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices."
The best resolution is to try another Thunderbolt 3 cable. Alternatively you can trying disconnecting and reconnecting the existing cable, as well as power-cycling the host and/or device if necessary.
