Occasionally, customers running macOS 10.13 High Sierra may encounter an issue with the Mercury Accelsior Pro Q, where the drive does not appear to mount but is shown in the system report. This is (in most cases) due to a driver verification process at the OS level and is not specific to OWC products. The way to work around this issue is to follow the steps shown in this Apple article.
