Aura Ultra IV SSD: Thunderbolt 4 PC Mounting Issue

Aura Ultra IV NVMe SSDs used with multibay NVMe drive enclosures like the ThunderBlade or Express 4M2 are not properly mounting on Thunderbolt 4 PCs over Thunderbolt 4 ports (Windows 10 and 11). Multiple drives will not be recognized by the Thunderbolt 4 PC connected over a Thunderbolt 4 port when using Aura Ultra IV SSDs with multibay NVMe drive enclosures. Currently two of the four drives don’t appear when used with a ThunderBlade or Express 4M2. Other multibay NVMe enclosures are being tested to confirm this issue is present. Users who purchased an affected assembly containing Aura Ultra IV NVMe SSDs should have a replacement created that will result in the Aura Ultra IV SSDs being replaced with suitable working NVMe SSDs.
