    Excellent ! I followed the tutorial and was able to...

    Excellent ! I followed the tutorial and was able to unmount the screen safely and reapply the tape. The only thing is the alignment is difficult. I would recommend lay out the adhesive and apply it to the body of the iMac, leave the front protection film on and lay the screen on the iMac, lift the upper part of the screen and make the connections. Slide the screen up an inch, remove the protective cover on the tape, align the screen and when that is done, start removing the rest of the protective cover on the rest of the adhesive. This gives you a solid connection and alignment first and then you can just lay the screen down no problem. This was an excellent kit. The alignment is very tricky your first time, but once you have your style, yours may differ from mine, it’s easy to reapply more and more. This kit helped me so much and now my iMac is booting faster and running smoother. Thank you so much for writ excellent products !

    Adhesive Tape for 27" iMac Display Resealing

    The adhesive fits perfect but it is not reliable. You need to put extra glue in order to avoid the display to come loss.
