Could not connect to iPhone upon receiving Homepod mini. Had to connect Homepod mini to Mac and upgrade software to latest version, then it was okay. Connected to iPhone no problems. Only downside is this unit is not covered by Apple's 1 year limited warranty. Only warranty offered is OWC's 90 day warranty.

Wouldn’t connect to any device; tried resetting but that didn’t solve the problem; serial number doesn’t show valid warranty coverage from Apple

Ordered this HomePod for Home controls in my room. Had trouble setting it up myself. Luckily the customer service line helped me get everything set up with no complaints although the reset and set up took some time. I appreciate the spectacular customer service!! A+++ Thanks again!!
