Rating: 4/5 Excellent Keyboard once connected February 26, 2025 Bought refurbished keyboard from Apple store. Model I bought has been updated with rechargeable battery. I had to insert 2 AA Batteries. Keyboard was not accompanied with instructions. Had to telephone Apple to find out how to set up keyboard. Took several tries to get it to connect to computer but once connected it has worked very well.

Rating: 5/5 New Keyboard May 3, 2023 My keyboard had suddenly died with no warning. I would usually get the message that the batteries were low, but that did not happen this time. I did try to fix it using YouTube videos to no avail. I Googled the iMac system I had to see what I needed and found OWC. John answered and he was very helpful to me. He knew exactly what I needed, explained it all and I placed the order. It arrived in about 3 days, far faster than expected. I ended up asking my son to come over to set it up and it took him 10 minutes, maybe. John was so much fun to talk with. As it turns out, we live in the same town where the company is actually located. It was a very good experience for me and I will definitely use them again and refer anyone to them.

It took a while to remember to turn off the keyboard after use so that the batteries would last longer but now I have that mastered and all is good. I also want to mention how great it was to deal with this company. I had the first keyboard ordered lost in shipping. Contacted MacSales customer support and another keyboard sent out right away with apologies from the support team member. After about 5 days the second arrived and so did the first keyboard ordered. I contacted customer support again to inform them of the arrivals and they asked me to send back one of the keyboards. I suggested that I buy the second one rather than send it back, so I now own 2 keyboards. This is an awesome company to deal with and I will deal with them again when I need more product. The keyboard was in excellent condition with no visible sign's of ever being used. All the keys snowed no sign's of user ware. Once I figured out how to connect it via blue tooth it worked perfectly. The Magic Mouse 2 was able to connect to the keyboard, and together they were able to do what I needed to do on my I-Mac. The quick keyboard functions worked just as you would expect, speeding up all computer operations. I used the keyboard to type this review.
