Excellent condition, awesome price, runs fast and cool. Loaded Ubuntu desktop and working fine for my everyday personal computing needs. Ubuntu recognized everything including my Apple keyboard and Bluetooth mouse. Music sounds fantastic from speakers that are all but invisible. I would recommend this item to a friend! I have nothing bad to say about my experience of buying the 2013 Mac from you. Your website was very informative. My friend who helped me buy it found all the information that he needed in order to compare it to other websites. And on secondhand equipment websites. it was easy to order, and when it came, it was well packed and protected. I ran into difficulty with trying to set it up using a keyboard, but even there OWC was very helpful. I was immensely impressed with the help that I got both online and in person. I had no expectation that buying an 11-year-old computer would come with such excellent online support. By accident I called another online support company and the man told me that anyone who said they could help set up a 2013, Mac was lying to me. I told him that he was incorrect. I describe my experience with OWC. The last technician from your company who helped me was very calm and kind because he sensed my anxiety at that point on whether I would ever be able to get it set up. Both of his suggestions worked, and I am now happily learning about my new Mojave machine. When I have my next questions, I am absolutely confident that OWC will be there ready to help. I’m telling you that hard drive kicks right on quick the 4K visual oh my goodness so beautiful and the tracking everything is right there in my face and on time no delay. The sink is perfect. We have been using an older iMac to play YouTube videos for our parrot. We were going to replace it with a smart tv but couldn’t find anything smaller than 40”?

My 10 year old iMac was rapidly fading and needed to be replaced and I first considered replacing it with a new one. However the architecture of my desk required a monitor no larger than about 21 inches and only 27 inch monitors are available now. My search for a suitable replacement was rewarded with the computer described above. My dealings with OWC were exemplary, their web site showed two or three computers that would meet my needs, my phone conversation with the knowledgeable woman I dealt with was pleasant and effective and resulted in my order. The computer arrived within a few days, it was well packed and after transferring the data from my old machine and using it for some time it does fit the description "mint condition". I am very pleased with my first venture into purchasing a refurbished computer.

Great Desktop for College

"Mint Condition" iMac appears perfect. The 21.5 inch size will fit in any cramped dorm space, and i7 Quadcore and 16GB RAM can handle all tasks for a very affordable price that allows for having both a decent iMac in the dorm (to read the voluminous online materials in comfort) and a 13" MacBook Pro for the shorter class/study sessions away from the dorm. I needed a new computer for college and this fit all the requirements. Definitely worth getting the extra ram installed then I didn't have to **** with it.
