Condition is exactly as promised

I've had the laptop for a little over two weeks. So far, it has performed beautifully. Also, the "very good condition" description was honest and accurate. There is a small dent in one corner, but otherwise the unit is close to like new. No scratches, etc. I would recommend this item to a friend! my laptop is working wonderfully.
I was having some issues with the laptop running too hot, but I solved that by replacing the old, funky thermal paste. Considering the laptop is 9 years old, replacing the thermal paste is the only "problem" I had with the computer.
The laptop continues to be my daily workhorse.
OWC delivered what they promised. When I order a new (older) mac, this will be my first stop.

I like it and it works well except for email which, unfortunately requires me to go through a long process to just get my mail. Worse if I attempt to send!!!
Probably not the computer per se but bad programming on Apple’s part.

I got it and the machine looks in great shape and almost brand new with no issues. However, I couldn't get the OS to install correctly and I tried everything but nothing worked. I called their tech support and got a great guy who fixed the issue for me in 30 minutes. I'm up and running down and the computer seems excellent! I would buy from them again and I got a great machine that once I got past some initial startup problems but it's great now. Also got this computer for like $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Happy with my purchase.
Had originally ordered from BackMarket, but had very bad experience with the almost fraudulent service when their product failed in the first 60 days.
I returned the computer for a glitchy video, should have been an easy fix, but instead of fixing it and returning it like they advertised, they refunded my purchase and “moved it on” (my computer) to someone else at probably a higher price without giving me any option of having it repaired locally.
