I got it and the machine looks in great shape and almost brand new with no issues. However, I couldn't get the OS to install correctly and I tried everything but nothing worked. I called their tech support and got a great guy who fixed the issue for me in 30 minutes. I'm up and running down and the computer seems excellent! I would buy from them again and I got a great machine that once I got past some initial startup problems but it's great now. Also got this computer for like $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Happy with my purchase.
Had originally ordered from BackMarket, but had very bad experience with the almost fraudulent service when their product failed in the first 60 days.
I returned the computer for a glitchy video, should have been an easy fix, but instead of fixing it and returning it like they advertised, they refunded my purchase and “moved it on” (my computer) to someone else at probably a higher price without giving me any option of having it repaired locally.

It took a while to get here. I suspect they ran out of the 13" and had to restock on the 15s before they send it to me. It's a bit big and heavy, but that bigger screen sure is nice. A GO-TO RESOURCE FOR MAC COMPUTERS

The little known secret about Mac computers is that the newer ones are essentially unrepairable. I know one person who a few years ago bought a 2016 MacBook Pro for $3000. When, and eventually it will fail, she will certainly end up discarding and replacing it for $3000 or more--with no residual value. The newer Macs have obsolescence DESIGNED into them to maximize the profit to Apple! It now makes much more sense to purchase earlier models that are repairable. For this 2015 repairable upgradable MacBook I paid 25% of the cost of a new one. This vendor has been used for many years by those who make a living as high level, high clearance computer consultants. I would recommend this item to a friend! Possible Apple problem

5 stars for OWC!! Ordering, shipping was great. Computer is in fine condition, works well. The only problem is that it is supposed to be upgradable to the latest OS. Tried several times, get an error about not enough space for a firmware update. Contacted OWC they replied quickly, suggested a rest of PRAM, and SRAM. No luck with that. OWC said it seems to be an Apple SSD problem that they’re seeing on other computers too. Sounds like they want me to ship it back…I’m confident they’ll make things right.
The survey makes me choose an answer for "Would you recommend this product to a friend" but I’d prefer to leave that unanswered until this issue is resolved. I would recommend this item to a friend!
