My purchase of a “used” product [mid-2012 MacBook PRO] from OWC was a first for me. I was filled with trepidation lest I be disappointed as to the actual delivered product being “as described” in the listed in graduation of Used equipment. But much to my delight it was “better than expected…!” My “Used - Very Good Condition” MacBook PRO was; but for one moderate, harmless “ding,” a thing of Beauty…! And aside from the looks, I’ll add that it functioned smoothly with the fluidity I’ve come to expect from APPLE computers. The enhancements that were installed by OWC [added RAM & SSD] were spot on perfect for allowing this “older Model” to function seamlessly. In case I have not made it clear in my statement above. I’ll say it in a straightforward manner: “I AM A HAPPY OWC CUSTOMER…!” JDYS
