I got my Air 2 on Tuesday(3-19-19) with my SuperDrive upgrade. I had the Air 2 up and running within 20 minutes or so and with everything(apps, documents, settings) that was on my old iPad. It is so much better than my old one. No system freeze ups and improved settings and features and improved versions of apps that were on my old iPad. Come on everyone, get your stuff here, watch the vid and DIY and save $ over those too expensive repair shops. MDK On my MacBook Pro(w newer faster SuperDrive)

I must begin by noting the outstanding service provided by OWC. The ordering process was absolutely perfect...full description of the item's features/specs and condition. The check out process was without a bunch of nits/nats and flawlessly completed. I got an "item shipped" email within 2 hrs of completing the order and it arrived within 3 days.
The iPad Air2 was listed as "used" and in excellent condition. I feel they under hyped it's condition...it was "like new." No scratches/scuffs on the screen or on the back. It looked like brand new. It also came with a charging cord and adapter. We had to go through the full installation procedures including system update...every step was flawlessly executed and we got all the apps/cloud info to transfer from my wife's phone to the iPad. Performance is perfect.
I have been dealing with OWC off and on for 10 years. They have always come through for me with flying colors. If you need something for your Mac, or want to get used gear...look no further than these guys/gals. GREAT JOB!

I was on the fence about purchasing an iPad and when I found this Air 2 I decided to add it to my Apple family. It quickly became something I wouldn't want to be without. It ties together my other devices, reliably stands in for both my phone or MacBook Pro while I'm having breakfast or just sitting on the porch, and has fast become my daily driver for news, email, and even entertainment.
