Everything arrived EXACTLY as indicated. I had upgrades to do the moment I received it. Opened the case up and fully disassembled it, unit on the inside was spotless. Everything is working order. Quick service and excellent Mac Mini

As is typical with OWC/Mac Sales, service was super fast and the product was exactly as advertised. I upgraded the os to MacOS 12 and put it into service as a dedicated video teleconference server, utilizing our TV as monitor and a Logitech web cam for video. I have an Apple TV connected to the same TV, but trying to rig up my iPhone as a video input device is a pain. I spent less than $200 on a good used MinI, webcam and wall mount for the mini. I previously tried ‘fanless’ micro PCs, but they were slow and, unfortunately, PCs running Windows 10. I would recommend this item to a friend! Always friendly helpful on phone advice from person speaking perfect English.
Products are accurately described and arrive in the condition stated.
Bought 2 used Mac Mini's in the past 3 years for around 100 bucks each to be used to stream music and video from synology server.
Both arrived in excellent condition and with the latest software for their vintage.
Bought the second one because the original would not handle 4k and had another use for the first one.

Arrived earlier than I had thought. Well packed and in very good condition. After the obligatory setup and updates performed well for my 7-year-olds. They fight over the base M1 Mac mini I got a while ago. I know it's not the same class of Mac, but for their use case its perfect. and for under 100$ unbeatable... I got this Mac Mini and immediately started to upgrade the OS. Unfortunately it wouldn't upgrade to Monterey because of a firmware issue. I contacted support and they had me ship it back (they provided shipping). Once received - they fixed the issue and sent it right back, All is well now - I've got it upgraded to Monterey! Great Service!

I had to call support and he was helpful, I thought I had to hit enter to select United States but I just had to click the right arrow.
