Perfect solution for my occasional need for a laptop, and the price was amazing!

I use a Mac Studio for my work, and have had a 1990 MacBook Pro that still worked great and was useful for occasional work away from my setup. However, the battery began to expand and I learned that on that mid-2014 model the battery was very expensive to replace. I saw that OWC/Macsales had some slightly newer laptops for low prices and selected this 2017 MBP with the same amount of RAM and internal drive space. plus a somewhat more modern processor. I was able to migrate the drive contents from my old laptop over to this one easily. A couple of techs had told me that bursting into flames was a very possible outcome to the swollen battery in the old one, so despite still being very functional, I handed it in to be scrapped. I have to say, the newer computer is nicer anyway and I expect it to get me at least several years good service. I would recommend this item to a friend! I wasn't expecting the product to look the way it does even though I purchased the mint condition option. After opening the package, the MacBook pro showed zero signs of use. The battery only had 6 cycles of use. It feels like I purchased a brand new MacBook pro. Will definitely purchase more products for my kids from OWC. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Very disappointed with OWC, I've purchased before and they seemed as a respectable company.
I purchased an used laptop listed as "Very good conditions"
I needed the computer to replace my older laptop, so I was king of in a hurry to get my new computer up and running.
It tools me a couple of days if not more to get all my applications, passwords, settings on my new computer, after receiving it,
only to find out lather that some the computer keyboard keys are not working, the navigation touch bar works on and off, and the trackpad gets stacked.
obviously the computer must have fallen or was damaged in some other way,
I mean... really good conditions? It looks like no one took a minute to inspect this laptop before reselling it.
Now I'm stuck because I need it for work and have no time to order a new on and loose all the time to reset the new machine.
I'll be using it connected to an external keyboard and use a mouse.
Shame on you guys!

Left speaker dead and right tinny in "Very good condition"

There's a dent on thunderbolt port and scratches on the aluminum case I can live with in "Very good condition" However, the left speaker is dead on arrival and right speaker sounds "tinny" I even bought OWC Eclipse PLUS 2 year warranty on this 90-day warrantied machine.
This $1,079 deal maybe too good to be true as this should've been a "bargain bin" computer with malfunction components clearly stated. I'm unsure what my options on this very first day of use are.
