Great value. Mac Mini arrived rapidly, product description was spot on, great condition, almost like new. Set up was easy and it works great. I would definitely consider OWC first when buying Apple products. I've been using iPad and iOS Garageband for music production as a hobby but wanted to migrate to a Mac OS due to limitation of the iOS platform but couldn't justify buying new. But this fit right in my budget. Planning on now migrating from Garageband to Logic Pro in the near future I would recommend this item to a friend! Better Than Expected

I have bought parts from OWC in the past and have always been blown away by their service and value. I normally do not buy used equipment but decided to take a chance and OWC knocked it out of the park.
Not only did the mac mini work exactly as it should it was in better condition than OWC's rating system stated. I cannot find a physical flaw on the mac.
OWC is my go to for parts and for Mac's from now on. I would recommend this item to a friend!

I got this instead of getting a new Apple TV. These work much better than an Apple TV because you can do anything on the internet too. I have mac mini's on a couple of TVs in my house and I love them to make the TV "smarter". This Mac Mini from OWC works great, as expected. The only gripe I can think of is that it came with a crummy plain power cable instead of an apple genuine one, but it works just fine, so no problem at this price point! I may try to grab one more if they have another one on sale this cheap again.... I would recommend this item to a friend! I've dealt with MacSales (OWC) in the past and they never disappoint. Although I ordered the Mac mini as an i5 with 8 GB of memory, that unit was going to be a longer wait time as it was not in stock. Unknown to me, what they substituted was an i7 with 16 GB of memory. I actually emailed them about what I thought was an error. They came back and said that to get the unit out quickly for me, they did the upgrade and wished me well with it. It’s good enough to run the current macOS, i7 is fast enough, and memory and disk were both fairly priced. Mac mini arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Setup was easy. So far it makes a great music player hard wired to my sound system and also a target for Time Machine backups from my laptop.
